PFI - Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced PFI - Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities under our Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are compliant with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality. You will lead a team of facilities staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner while managing budgets and resources effectively. Your role will involve developing and implementing maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and liaising with contractors and suppliers to guarantee that service delivery meets contractual obligations.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will play a key role in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. You will analyze performance data to identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with various stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, alongside significant experience in facilities management, is required.
