Properties & Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Properties & Facilities Manager to oversee and enhance the management of our diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities, including coordinating repairs, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also develop and implement property management strategies that optimize performance while enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance staff and collaborate with external contractors to ensure all properties are well-maintained and services are delivered on time. Responsibilities include budgeting for property maintenance, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively. You will also be tasked with preparing reports for senior management on property performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.
