Senior Site Manager

A leading UK contractor is delivering a major, multi‑phase redevelopment in West London, full demolition, ground remediation, heavy utilities work and the build‑out of large new facilities. It’s the kind of project that gives you scale, challenge and proper visibility. 

You’ll be the person setting the pace on-site, coordinating multiple fronts of work, keeping the programme tight, and making sure standards stay exactly where they should be.

• Lead daily site operations across multiple work areas
• Manage Site Managers, ASM’s and subcontractors
• Drive programme performance and resource planning
• Champion site safety and compliance
• Oversee inspections, testing and quality assurance
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants
• Develop and mentor the site team

• Significant experience managing complex construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Proven leadership of site teams
• Solid knowledge of safety, programme and quality management
• HNC/Degree in a construction discipline
• CIOB membership desirable
• CSCS Manager Card

• Basic salary up to £75,000
