Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage our security team while ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating emergency response procedures. You will lead a team of security officers, providing training and guidance to ensure that all personnel adhere to established policies and procedures. Your leadership will also be essential in fostering a strong security culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities include monitoring security operations, responding to incidents, and preparing detailed reports on security activities. You will collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services, facilitating communication and coordination during security events or emergencies. Additionally, you will conduct thorough investigations into security breaches or incidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will be required to interact with staff, visitors, and law enforcement as needed.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have a background in security management or a related field, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience. A valid security license and certification in first aid and CPR are required.
