Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our security operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to protect the organization’s assets, personnel, and information. You will oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring effective monitoring, response, and resolution of security incidents. This includes managing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of security awareness and provide training to staff on security best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with a proven track record in incident response and crisis management. You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Key responsibilities will include analyzing security metrics, preparing reports for senior management, and making recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external security vendors and law enforcement agencies. A relevant degree and certifications in security management are preferred, along with several years of experience in a similar role.
