Noble Recruiting is working with a well-established client in Manchester, looking for an experienced Multi-Modal Freight Forwarder to join their friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience across air, sea and road freight, covering both imports and exports, who enjoys a busy role and delivering excellent customer service.

Duties include

• Managing import and export shipments from start to finish
• Handling air, sea and road freight movements
• Producing quotes, arranging shipments and deliveries
• Completing invoicing and job costing
• Processing customs entries
• Updating milestones, netting and internal systems
• Supporting month-end compliance
• Resolving customer and supplier queries
• Assisting senior team members where needed

You will need

• Previous freight forwarding experience
• Knowledge of imports and exports
• Experience across multi-modal freight
• Strong customer service skills
• Good understanding of compliance and financial controls
• A team-focused and proactive approach
• UK right to work
• Own transport desirable
