This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking to move away from high-volume conveyancing and join a firm where client service comes first.

The Role

You’ll manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Transfers of equity.
• Remortgages.
• New build transactions.
• Shared ownership matters (where applicable).

As part of a close-knit team, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals while maintaining the exceptionally high standards of service the firm is known for.

About You

Applications are welcomed from experienced:

• Residential Property Solicitors.
• Licensed Conveyancers.
• Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx).
• Experienced Conveyancers with the ability to manage their own caseload.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• A genuine passion for delivering first-class client service.
