About the role
Oracle Change Manager
Salary - to be discussed on initial conversation
London or Sunderland - 3x per week onsite
12-Month FTC
We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation who are looking for an Oracle Change Manager to join their high-performing team and support a large, international programme. Working within a small change team, this position will be supporting one of the businesses largest running projects - an Oracle EBS to Fusion migration.
You will:
Manage & run 2 change forums
Ensure proposed training is fit-for-purpose in the business' environment
Proactively anticipate problem areas and develop action plans as needed
Assess business readiness for the Oracle change
We are looking for:
Proven experience in a Change Management position
Extensive experience working with finance systems - ideally Oracle Fusion but SAP, Sage & D365 F&O can also be considered
Strong stakeholder & third party management
A 'strategic executor' - a proactive and adaptable individual that can roll up their sleeves
It would be a bonus if you had:
Experience with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
