DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, automate and support modern cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and engineering tooling that enable the reliable delivery of software across a complex technology landscape. Working closely with development, QA, architecture and integration teams, you'll play a key role in improving automation, platform reliability, security and operational excellence.

While this is an important position within the team, we're happy to consider candidates with around 2-4 years' commercial experience who are looking to take the next step. What's most important is hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, a strong understanding of CI/CD principles, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud platform solutions
Automate deployment, testing and operational processes
Manage and optimise development, test and production environments
Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions
Support incident resolution and continuous service improvement
Embed security and DevSecOps best practices into delivery pipelines
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery performance


Skills & Experience

Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
