We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join their friendly IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial IT support experience who enjoys solving problems, helping users and wants to develop their technical skills in a supportive environment. What you'll be doing * Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to users * Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues * Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments * Setting up and configuring laptops, PCs and mobile devices * Managing user accounts, passwords and permissions * Logging and updating support tickets * Assisting with IT projects and system improvements * Delivering excellent customer service across the business We're looking for someone with · Commercial IT Support experience (1st or 2nd Line) · Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience · Active Directory experience would be advantageous · Excellent communication and customer service skills · A genuine passion for IT and technology · CompTIA A+ (or currently studying towards it) would be highly desirable If you're looking for a role where you can continue to develop your IT career and make a real impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
