Infrastructure Engineer

Join us in building the data backbone that powers real-time AI applications at scale.

As a Data Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, build, and operate core data platforms, including distributed compute systems, stream processing pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and low-latency storage solutions. You'll work closely with product, research, and safety teams to enable rapid innovation while ensuring our infrastructure remains reliable, scalable, and secure.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure for real-time AI workloads.
• Develop robust tooling and self-service APIs that empower teams across the company.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems.
• Drive infrastructure automation using Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and help operate critical services.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or data engineering.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data architectures.
• Passion for building secure, resilient, and self-healing infrastructure.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn, share knowledge, and solve complex problems.
