About the role
We're looking for a Research Engineer to help build the next generation of real-time speech and language AI. You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering, turning state-of-the-art models into scalable, production-ready systems.
What you'll do:
- Deploy and optimize AI models for real-time speech and language applications.
- Build training, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.
- Take models from research to production and improve performance at scale.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, speech AI, or transformer-based models.
- Strong PyTorch skills and familiarity with model training and optimization.
- Experience building reliable, high-performance systems.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex technical problems.
Bonus: Experience with ASR, RAG, conversational AI, or large-scale inference systems.
