Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operators, Electronics Assembly Operatives, and Soldering Operatives to join a leading manufacturing business in Cwmbran.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous soldering, electronics assembly, PCB assembly, or production experience to join a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will support production operations while ensuring products are assembled to the highest quality standards.

• Carry out soldering work to a high standard.
• Assemble electronic components and products.
• Complete production line activities in line with schedules and quality requirements.
• Pack finished products ready for dispatch.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow production processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a busy production team.

• Previous experience as a Soldering Operative, Electronics Assembly Operative, PCB Assembly Operative, or similar role is essential.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Good attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible approach to meet production requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• £12.71 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• 8am-4pm shifts with a 1pm finish on Fridays.
