BIM Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. Your primary duties will include collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all designs are accurately represented in the BIM software. You will utilize advanced software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to produce high-quality 3D models and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

As a BIM Technician, you will be tasked with conducting clash detection and resolution, assisting in the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring timely updates to project documentation. You will also be responsible for generating 2D drawings from the BIM models, preparing reports, and participating in design review meetings. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders will be essential in delivering projects on time and within budget. A strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and standards is crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in BIM software.
