The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to homeowners
• Develop tailored marketing strategies to help clients achieve the best possible sale price
• Convert valuations into new property instructions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
• Monitor local market trends to provide informed property advice
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation
• Work closely with colleagues to match buyers with suitable properties
• Support the branch in achieving business growth and performance targets

Sales Valuer Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Property Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven ability to convert valuations into new instructions
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Five-day working week
• Flexible working pattern with some Saturdays required
