Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, providing product information, and helping to maintain an organized and visually appealing store. You will be expected to handle transactions accurately and efficiently, manage stock levels, and assist with inventory management to ensure that our products are always available for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be the face of our brand. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not necessary, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
