Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting them in locating products, and answering any queries they may have. You will also be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

In addition to customer service, you will help with inventory management, including restocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing and well-maintained. Collaboration with team members is essential, as you will participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are key to succeeding in this role, as you will frequently interact with a diverse range of customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or customer service, though we are also open to training enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. A flexible schedule is important, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
