Job Title: Joiner

Location: Durham

Pay Rate: £23 CIS

Duties Include:

• Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix joinery work

• Fitting doors, skirtings, architraves, and ironmongery

• Assisting with general timber framing and snagging tasks

• Working efficiently to ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue/Gold card)

• Time-served or NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery

• Previous experience working on commercial or refurbishment projects

• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
