Capability Resource Manager (PPP)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Capability Resource Manager (PPP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and management of resources within the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) sector. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that resource allocation aligns with project goals, while also identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing resource utilization and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define resource requirements, developing comprehensive resource plans, and monitoring resource performance. You will be tasked with analyzing resource data to identify trends and implement improvements, as well as facilitating training and development programs to enhance team capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support resource acquisition and management needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, particularly within the PPP sector. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software are essential. A proven track record of successfully managing resources in complex projects is a must.
