Production Operative – Derby

Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd is recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established site based near Derby city centre, working with sweetener products.

Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Working hours:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:30
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

Shift times will depend on the operational requirements of the site. Candidates must be flexible and available to work both morning and afternoon shifts.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, operating production equipment, packing products, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring all products meet the required standards. You will also maintain a clean and organised work area while following all health and safety procedures.

This role involves working with sweetener products in a clean production environment and may include manual handling and repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Applicants should be reliable, have good attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, along with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
