Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of a variety of properties, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Your primary duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding flower beds, and general landscaping tasks. You will operate various gardening equipment and machinery, such as lawnmowers, strimmers, and blowers, while adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be expected to uphold high standards of maintenance and presentable outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, along with a strong understanding of horticulture and plant care. A valid driver's license is essential, as the role may require travel to different sites. You should possess the physical stamina to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
