Site Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Service Manager to oversee and enhance our service operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day onsite services, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of skilled professionals. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage service contracts, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Your role will also involve developing and implementing service strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

The successful Site Service Manager will have a strong background in facility management and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting service-related expenses, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members are essential for this role. A bachelor’s degree in management or a related field, along with relevant experience in a supervisory capacity, is required.
