Fit Out Site Manager – Bristol
Location: Bristol
Rate: £300 per day
Contract: Freelance / Contract
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit out projects in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with a strong background in delivering fast-paced interior fit out works safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
• Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers.
• Monitor quality control and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure accurate site records and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial fit out projects.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
