You will play a key role in producing technical drawing packages, supporting design development, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. The position offers exposure to a wide range of project types, with a particular focus on retail and repeat‑site programmes where accuracy, efficiency and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities


AutoCAD technical production — creating detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
Design development for retail and commercial environments.
Supporting BIM/3D modelling workflows where required.
Coordinating with architects, technologists, engineers and contractors.
Preparing tender, building regulation and construction‑stage documentation.
Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and project standards.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
Experience in retail, commercial or rollout projects is highly advantageous.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.
Ability to produce accurate, coordinated technical information.
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
