Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Your duties will include preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and analyzing project costs to ensure they remain within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with relevant professional qualifications. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry is required. You should have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, as well as proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with stakeholders and manage client relationships.
