 About the Role

This position involves providing individualised support to pupils within a Special Educational Needs classroom. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a supportive classroom environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering 1:1 tailored support throughout the school day
• Assisting with learning activities and adapting resources
• Supporting emotional regulation and social development
• Helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure consistent progress
