About the Role
This position involves providing individualised support to pupils within a Special Educational Needs classroom. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a supportive classroom environment.Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering 1:1 tailored support throughout the school day
- Assisting with learning activities and adapting resources
- Supporting emotional regulation and social development
- Helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure consistent progress

- Previous experience working with children with SEND (essential)
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
