What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch operation, helping customers while supporting the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, friendly welcome to every customer
• Offering expert product advice and recommending solutions
• Proactively promoting products, offers, and services
• Processing orders and payments accurately
• Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring displays are well presented
• Mixing and tinting paint to customer requirements (full training provided)
• Supporting warehouse and stock handling activities when required
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer experiences

Ideal Experience
