Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator Location: Kent Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kent. This is a varied role supporting the sales process from quotation through to order, while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, maintenance and inspections. • Process purchase orders and prepare job documentation for the operations team. • Liaise with customers to provide updates and follow up on outstanding quotations. • Source competitive pricing from suppliers. • Maintain accurate sales records, quotations and order tracking. • Support the Sales Manager with new enquiries and business opportunities. • Assist with marketing activities, including social media, newsletters and website updates. • Provide general office administration and support as required. About You • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration or coordinator role. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems. • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
