About the role
Site Supervisor – Social Housing Refurbishment
Location: Carlingford / Dundrum area
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee social housing refurbishment and maintenance works in the Carlingford/Dundrum area.
The successful candidate will have experience supervising site teams, subcontractors, and delivering high-quality housing refurbishment projects safely and efficiently.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in social housing refurbishment/maintenance
- Previous Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Tradesperson experience
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance trades
- Experience managing subcontractors and daily site operations
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- SSSTS/SMSTS qualification
- Trade qualification (NVQ Level 2/3)
- Asbestos awareness and First Aid training
