Security Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Team Leader to oversee and enhance our security operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. Your key duties will include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and coordinating emergency response protocols. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups. You will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, including monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, and conducting investigations into security incidents. Additionally, you will collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services, fostering relationships that enhance our security posture. A background in law enforcement, military service, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
