MBR Dental are currently assisting Sync Dental Parkside, a modern dental practice in Woking, Surrey, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with a strong patient base, significant private earning potential, and support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Position Details

• Permanent opportunity
• Surgery space:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday and alternate Saturdays
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Practice mix of approximately 50% NHS / 50% Private
• £12.50 per UDA
• 45% split on private revenue
• UDA target of 1,000 UDAs per day worked annually
• Monthly pay
• 3-month notice period

Earning Potential

• Exceptional opportunity to grow private income
• Approximate private gross potential income upto £25,000–£30,000 per month (FTE) based on current performance within group.
• Established patient demand with excellent scope for further private treatment uptake

About the Role

• Suitable for both experienced and newly qualified dentists
• Position created as part of the practice’s ongoing expansion and commitment to improving patient access
• Dentist will be treating a mix of new and existing NHS patients
• Opportunity and encouragement to promote and provide private treatment options where clinically appropriate

Requirements

• GDC registered Dentist
