Our European Creative Studio is growing, and we're looking for a talented Junior Designer to join the team.

Bring your ideas to life across campaigns, presentations, social media, email marketing and internal communications. You'll have the chance to build your portfolio, develop stakeholder management skills and contribute to creative projects seen across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating visual assets for digital, social, print and internal communications
• Designing layouts for presentations, reports, posters and marketing materials
• Adapting creative concepts across multiple formats and channels
• Applying brand guidelines consistently across multiple brands
• Supporting creative reviews and collaborating with wider marketing teams
• Developing your design expertise while staying ahead of emerging trends and best practice 

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years' experience in a design environment or relevant placement experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for design, branding and visual storytelling
• Someone who is proactive, organised and excited to learn
