Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects by analyzing various factors such as materials, labor, and time requirements. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that all project specifications are thoroughly understood and incorporated into your estimates. Your expertise will be critical in evaluating the cost-effectiveness of different project strategies, allowing us to make informed decisions that align with our budgetary goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all estimates are precise and reliable. You will be tasked with reviewing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost analyses. Additionally, you will maintain effective communication with vendors and subcontractors to gather quotes and assess material costs. As an Estimator, you will also play a vital role in identifying potential risks and opportunities within projects, facilitating proactive solutions to enhance project profitability.

To succeed in this position, you should have a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
