Technical Architect / Technologist (Revit)

Morson Edge are working with a leading, employee-owned architectural practice known for its design quality, technical excellence, and collaborative studio culture. They are currently looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, or Technical Architect with strong Revit capability to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, design-led environment delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on RIBA Stages 4-5 technical delivery. The Opportunity
We are looking to speak with technical design professionals who can:

• Deliver detailed technical design packages across RIBA Stages 4-5
• Produce high-quality coordinated drawings and construction information using Revit (essential)
• Work across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and civic projects
• Support coordination of multidisciplinary design teams
• Contribute to fully resolved, buildable technical design solutions
• Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical drawing packages using Revit
• Produce detailed construction information and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants and internal design teams
• Support technical problem-solving and design resolution
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project standards
• Contribute to design reviews and coordination meetings

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience as an Architectural Technologist, Technician or Technical Architect
• Strong experience delivering RIBA Stages 4-5
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience working within an architectural practice or consultancy environment
• Strong technical coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Desirable

• Experience across multiple sectors (any sector considered)
• Exposure to complex or large-scale projects
• Strong interest in technical detailing and buildability resolution
