Resolve Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to secure long-term employment with a well-established company.
Shift Pattern
- Monday night to Saturday morning
- Midnight – 9:30am
- 45 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
- Annual salary of £32,245.20 (based on a 45-hour week)
- Overtime paid at £20.67 per hour after 45 hours
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- 20 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays (once permanent)

Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing orders when required
- Assisting with stock control and inventory
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience is essential
- An in-house Counterbalance Forklift certificate will be accepted
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Warehouse experience is advantageous
