Forklift driver/ production operative

📍 Location: Burntwood
💷 Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:35pm
➕ Friday: Optional overtime paid at an enhanced overtime rate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse in Burntwood. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position after just 12 weeks.

Duties include:

• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock and pallets around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Supporting production when required, including:
  • Picking
  • Packing
  • Labelling
  • Boxing products

This is a hands-on role, so you must be willing to come off the forklift and assist with production tasks when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance or relevant licence)
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience
• A flexible, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• Willingness to support production duties as required
