Candidate Profile & Essential Criteria

• Direct Experience: Proven professional history within a residential care environment directly supporting children or young adults.

• Vetting Requirements: Active membership in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, or readiness to complete immediate registration.

• Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent recognized standard is advantageous.

• Mobility: A valid, full UK driving licence is strongly preferred to support young people with transport and community activities.

• Personal Attributes: Strong emotional resilience, exceptional communication tactics, and a genuinely empathetic approach.
