Senior Digital Brand Designer

The studio’s stated ambition is to be one of the best in-house creative teams by the end of 2027. Most brand teams inside large software companies are treated as creative services – a queue of requests, a machine for turning out assets. This one has spent the last six months walking away from that model, and the Senior Digital Brand Designer who joins now catches it early.

The Role
You’ll bring the brand to life across every digital surface from web, campaigns and product marketing to social and interactive experiences. Critically, you’ll own the Figma systems underneath it: tokens, components, templates, workflows that ensure all of the teams work cohesively.

This role deliberately bridges the brand studio and a separate, more siloed web and engineering department. It needs someone who can genuinely speak to engineers and scale craft within Figma – not just design for digital, but make it hold together everywhere people encounter it.

The Person
You have around 5 – 8 years in a strong in-house studio or design-led agency, ideally in a systems-heavy environment. Brand-led and fluent in Figma and design systems, you’re comfortable talking to engineers and product teams, and your portfolio shows digital brand systems, not isolated campaign pieces.
