M&E Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced M&E Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within our facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project timelines, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as hands-on experience in a supervisory capacity.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections of systems and equipment, preparing and managing budgets for maintenance projects, and developing training programs for team members. You will also be responsible for creating detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities, as well as participating in the planning and execution of upgrades and new installations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality and compliance with regulations. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
