Control Room Shift Manager - CCTV

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Control Room Shift Manager - CCTV to oversee the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art control room. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of CCTV operators, ensuring that all surveillance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry standards. You will monitor live feeds, assess potential security threats, and coordinate emergency responses as needed. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing operational procedures, providing training to new staff, and conducting regular performance evaluations to maintain high levels of service and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, preferably with experience in a control room environment. Excellent leadership skills are essential, as you will be required to motivate your team and ensure effective communication during high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using CCTV technology and other security systems is crucial, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze footage for evidence. Strong decision-making skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure are vital for this role. A relevant degree or certification in security management, as well as previous experience in law enforcement or military service, is highly desirable.
