Grounds Maintenance Operative

Our client in Witney is looking for Grounds Maintenance Operative. This opportunity is currently an ongoing assignment, and there will be permanent opportunities for workers that prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic.

Duties:

• Safely operating a small company Van
• Safe and considerate driving around local streets
• Driving with a team or independently
• Grass care and maintenance; to include gras mowing using wide range of mechanical equipment
• The planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs and annual bedding schemes
• General cleansing operations to green spaces and various locations to include sweeping, litter collection, removing animal droppings and leaf fall using a range of tools provided.
• Emptying & cleaning dog/litter bins as per agreed schedules.

Requirements:

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Safety shoes and Hi Vis are required for all temporary workers with no set uniform required.

Pay:

• £13.60 per hour
• The role involves working Monday – Friday, 07:45 start with an approximate 15:00 finish
