Food Production Operative

Our client, a rapidly expanding food production business based in Newbury is looking for Food Production Operatives to join their day shift team.

You’ll receive full training, work alongside a supportive team, and have the chance to build skills across multiple areas of production. You may enjoy this role if you have worked with companies like Barts Ingredients and EPC!

Shifts & Pay:

• Day Shift: 06:30am to 15:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• £12.80 per hour (£512 per week based off 40 hours)

Duties Include:

• Setting up and operating the filling and labelling lines during production.
• Changing label reels, operating date coders and applying labels to products.
• Applying neck seals, packing products into trays, boxes, and shrink wrap.
• Completing batch records, paperwork, and performing quality checks.
• Cleaning production lines and workstations at the end of each shift.
• Supporting with general production and assisting across different areas as needed.
