Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient working environment. Your primary duties will include managing maintenance staff, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be the key point of contact for facility-related issues, troubleshooting any problems that arise, and implementing solutions promptly to minimize disruption to our operations.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong leadership skills and have a background in facilities management or a related field. Key responsibilities will include developing and managing budgets for facility operations, conducting regular inspections to assess the condition of the facilities, and working closely with vendors and contractors for service delivery. You will also create and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and sustainable environment for all staff and visitors. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, alongside the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
