Employment Solicitor

Absolute Law Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing and ambitious law firm in Mid Kent and assisting them in the hire of a Senior Employment Law Solicitor / Employment & Commercial Solicitor (5+ years PQE) on either a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. This position offers the chance to lead and develop the firm's employment law practice, supported by a strong pipeline of work, while helping shape the future growth of the department. The successful candidate will: • Manage a varied employment law caseload (claimant and respondent) • Build and develop client relationships • Support business development and networking activities • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth • Play a key role in the firm's ongoing expansion A competitive salary, uncapped bonus/commission schemes, and flexible hybrid working arrangements available.
