A private HNWI family is seeking an experienced and highly professional rotational Baby Nanny to provide dedicated support for their 4-month-old baby on a one-month-on, one-month-off schedule.

The child has been cared for by a Maternity Nurse since birth, and the family is looking to maintain this continuity of care with a knowledgeable and nurturing professional team of two.

The mother, who is Russian, is exceptionally hands-on and involved in her child’s day-to-day care; therefore, the ideal candidate will be flexible, collaborative and comfortable working in partnership with an engaged parent.

Responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining established feeding and sleep routines, promoting age-appropriate development, overseeing all nursery-related duties and ensuring the highest standards of organisation and care.

The position is predominantly daytime-focused, with night support only occasionally required as the baby sleeps with the mother, although a flexible approach is essential.

Applicants should have extensive experience caring for infants, excellent verifiable references, a current first aid qualification, and a discreet, calm and professional manner.
