People Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our company's most valuable asset—our people. You will work closely with employees and management to understand their needs, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the recruitment process, onboarding new hires, and offering guidance on employee policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture that aligns with our organizational values.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation. You should have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively resolve conflicts and foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing performance improvement plans, and assisting with employee assessments. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
