CCTV Controller

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Controller to join our security team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded footage from our CCTV systems, ensuring the safety and security of our premises at all times. Your primary duties will include observing video feeds for any suspicious activity, responding promptly to incidents, and documenting your findings in incident reports. You will also coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing them with relevant footage and information to aid in investigations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A background in security or law enforcement is preferred, along with proficiency in operating CCTV systems and related technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided, but prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
