Facilities Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Key duties include managing maintenance staff, coordinating repair and maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting and financial management related to facility operations, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of facility management principles. You should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and a knack for problem-solving. Essential qualifications include a degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management. Proficiency in maintenance management software and a valid driver’s license are also required. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders, and who has a commitment to achieving high standards of service delivery.
