CCTV Operator/Customer services

We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented CCTV Operator/Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV footage to ensure the safety and security of our premises while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first line of defense in identifying potential security threats and responding swiftly to incidents. In addition to your surveillance duties, you will engage with customers both in person and via phone or online platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance with any security-related concerns. A strong ability to communicate clearly and empathetically is essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse clientele. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and maintain a secure environment. Ideal candidates will possess experience in CCTV operations, a customer service background, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
