What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and delivering captivating lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of students with SEMH.
Differentiating instruction effectively to ensure all students are challenged and supported in their learning.
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves and learn.
Building strong, positive rapport with students, their families, and colleagues to create a collaborative support network.
Utilising excellent classroom management skills to promote a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
Implementing relevant safeguarding procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.
Who We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential. You understand the complexities and nuances involved in supporting these learners.
Exceptional classroom management skills that promote a structured yet nurturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
A deep understanding and practical experience with differentiated instruction.
The ability to build meaningful rapport with young people and their families.
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection.
