What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering captivating lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of students with SEMH.

• Differentiating instruction effectively to ensure all students are challenged and supported in their learning.

• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves and learn.

• Building strong, positive rapport with students, their families, and colleagues to create a collaborative support network.

• Utilising excellent classroom management skills to promote a calm and productive learning atmosphere.

• Implementing relevant safeguarding procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.

Who We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential. You understand the complexities and nuances involved in supporting these learners.

• Exceptional classroom management skills that promote a structured yet nurturing environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.

• A deep understanding and practical experience with differentiated instruction.

• The ability to build meaningful rapport with young people and their families.

• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection.
